I started researching the family history of myself and my wife several years ago and, as any family historian will tell you, it has become a highly addictive hobby. As I have time I will be adding details of my research into our parents ancestors - the Nelsons and Boags are my wife’s ancestors, the Barkers and Rogers are mine.

Welcome to the “In My Genes” family history website. My name is Tony Rogers and I live near Alton in Hampshire, UK.

I now offer a genealogy research service, details can be found on my Services page. Having visited many record offices up and down the country, from Inverness to East Kent Archives in Dover, I am happy to visit any archive whether on my own behalf or on behalf of a client. I am also happy to conduct research on the internet in my own or my clients home.
